If you find yourself needing some additional inspiration this February, I’d encourage you to watch some footage of the Olympic ice dancing and figure skating competitions. In addition to some of the beautiful moments, I was repeatedly impressed at how athletes from around the world exhibited grace in the face of immense pressure and sometimes shocking disappointments.

It would be enough to see the quiet support and respect with which the athletes treated one another. But mutual respect frequently spilled into unbridled silliness, bringing much-needed joy to this season. Please enjoy this snippet of Kaori Sakomoto, Ami Nakai, and Alyssa Liu celebrating their medals together, and remember to find ways to share your silliness with the world.
