This week many of you should have started to receive our annual snail-mail newsletter, Globalinks. We introduce our new board member, Carla Kilgore, share updates from our partner projects, and provide information on ways you can get involved with GWP in the year ahead. Do you know where your Lenten Calendar is? With the new year comes a new season of Lent, which kicks off on March 1st this year. GWP will be offering our Lenten Calendar again this season and we encourage you to participate! Our calendar includes scripture, stories from our partner projects, and opportunities to engage with time and money towards alleviating some of the issues you’ll read about. These calendars are FREE, you just have to let us know where to send them! You can also sign up to receive a page a day by email during Lent. To sign up, request print copies of the calendars, or to find out more, send an email to cobgwp@gmail.com.
